CHRISTOPHER J. WRIGHT
Chris Wright is founder and president of Tanden, a Project Management Institute
(PMI) global registered education provider. Chris is a certified project management
professional with nearly 20 years in project leadership, mentoring, consulting and
education experience. His core purpose is to lead through teaching
and inspiring others.
Chris also specializes in organizational strategy - portfolio alignment, project/program/event
management, project leadership curriculum design and delivery, and team meeting
and workshop facilitation.
At Tanden, Chris has championed the design, development, and deployment of the Project Leadership Series,
a portfolio of education courses, workshops and seminars designed to help participants
do a better job serving as key project stakeholders. Before launching Tanden, Chris
served as a senior program manager and project manager in the wireless, IT and telecommunications
industries.

RICK HIGH
Rick has over 25 years' experience in the information processing industry, and is
the founder of High Technologies. His ability to relate to users, IS and managerial
personnel is crucial to successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Rick has developed technical training curriculum for major organizations with over
3,500 employees, and advised and consulted with clients in more than 30 U.S. states.
He has installed and developed software, customized existing systems, solved problems
and supported systems as a DBA, orchestrated database design and performance modifications
for online and batch systems. He has also planned, organized, staffed and managed
the development team for a major software vendor which designed, coded, tested and
implemented a customer information system for financial institutions
Rick has mastered, designed, developed and delivered an IMS/Object Based Reusable
training curriculum and course materials for analysis,design, construction and end
user courses. He has designed, developed and implemented mainframe and personal
workstation software projects.

MARY BETH MAY
Mary Beth May founded MBM Consulting in 1994. She develops and facilitates programs,
consults and coaches in the areas of leadership, time, stress and change management,
presentation skills, team building and other people-development programs. Mary Beth
creates an enjoyable, high-energy, results-driven atmosphere, which allows participants
to receive the maximum benefit from the programs.
Mary Beth has clients in the construction, healthcare, electric utilities, computer
and financial industries, including Fortune 500 and multinational corporations.
Her courses instill global skills such as communicating with more clarity, group
presentations, customer and interpersonal relations, leadership effectiveness, life/time
management, attitude and stress control, team cohesiveness, professionalism and
self confidence.
Mary Beth started her career with the Dale Carnegie organization in 1979 and, for
15 years, worked as a consultant, instructor and instructor trainer. Her educational
background is in business management, and she has been certified in a variety of
training programs. Her community involvement includes founding Young Leaders of
America, and working with youth to help them build their leadership skills through
Girl Scouts of America and other organizations. She also spent several years serving
on the board of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the Association for Psychological
Type, and on the board of The Clariden School Board of Trustees, where she served
as president for two years.

CHUCK MCCULLOUGH
Chuck founded McCullough & Associates in 1991 to deliver software development skills
to software development organizations in large companies. His clients include: Northern
Telecom, DSC, Frito Lay, EDS, JC Penney, Brinker, Fidelity, the Federal Reserve
Bank, Legent Systems, General Electric, Compaq/Tandem, the Mayo Clinic, Caterpillar,
MCI/WorldCom, Southwest Central Services, Cybertek, Blue Cross and more.
Chuck's technological expertise includes C, C++, Smalltalk, Java, Object Oriented
Analysis & Design, MFC, COM/DCOM/ActiveX, CORBA and ASP.NET.
Before launching McCullough & Associates, Chuck served as project manager and architect
for a 33-person team building process and thread services for OS/2, with code written
in C and C++. He was previously a software engineer working on a large custom financial
application, and eventually became the project manager. He was also the architect
of a tracking system for Paws, Inc. (the Garfield cartoon) which was implemented
in C with xWindows. At the beginning of his career, he designed and implemented
insect models using C, applications which are still in use today.
Chuck's educational background is in computer science, with minors in electrical
engineering and accounting.

BOB BLENN
Bob is known for his engaging and enthusiastic sessions that are tailored to meet
the unique needs of a wide range of clients. He has had extensive experience designing
and delivering workshops, and speaks on a wide range of business-related issues.
His area of expertise is work group process improvement, focusing intensively on
effective interaction between people and systems in the pursuit of organizational
objectives.
He has worked with companies such as Mead Consumer and Office Products, At-A-Glance,
the New York State Office of the Comptroller, IBM, Procter & Gamble, Lockheed Martin,
Raymond Corp., Corning, Inc. [Photonics Division and Museum of Glass] Rockwell Museum,
Family Enrichment Network, Binghamton University - State University of New York,
United Health Services, Upstate Medicare Division of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Western
New York, and Universal Instruments.
Bob's prior experience spans over two decades within the retail industry covering
virtually every discipline: sales, marketing, HR and training, and merchandise.
He has held a wide range of leadership positions from front line through corporate
staff. His most recent corporate position was as vice president of store operations
at Endicott Johnson Retail Corp. in New York, following several senior-level assignments
with Brown Group, Inc. of St. Louis.
Bob has served as president of the local ASTD (American Society of Training and
Development) chapter and is a member of National Speaker's Association.
