This comprehensive and practical interpersonal skills seminar provides insight into one's behavioral style and how to read observable habit-based "clues" of others in order to enrich the quality of their relationships. Increased self-awareness and confidence, when dealing with the daily challenges of interpersonal communication in the workplace, reduces conflict and promotes productive and effective communication.

Note: A Personal Profile will be completed for each student. The results will be analyzed and feedback provided in class.

Goals/Objectives

·     Gain a clearer understanding of your communication style and how to work with others

·     Discover strategies for improving interpersonal communication in the areas of: Motivation, Task Performance, Supervision & Team Work

·     Develop your personal plan of action for communicating with key people

·     Examine the impact of stress on your behavioral style and learn to manage stress more effectively when working with others
