Description

 In this workshop focuses on the understanding of the standards, concepts, tools and techniques so that you are prepared to effectively tackle any question.  Delivery is through group discussion with a practicing PMP who has coached thousands of individuals in effectively managing projects.  Practice questions are also presented and the answers are reviewed to fully understand the concepts.   Finally, valuable examination tips are reviewed to minimize time-wasters and "examination jitters
