Overview

The term “business ethics” is on everyone’s lips these days.  It’s no longer safe to assume that everyone knows the “right” thing to do in any given business situation. And while it’s imperative that managers and supervisors have a good sense as to their organizational policy and procedures, often ethical situations fall between the lines, in a “grey” area where no one is quite sure what’s right and what’s wrong.  At the end of the day, an ethical lapse or mistake could bring a whole organization (think Enron) to its knees.  This program, tailored to address the client’s organizational policies and guidelines, frames business ethics in a straight-forward, no-nonsense manner, providing participants with a thorough examination of the kinds of ethical situations they are likely to face in their careers.  A process for making ethical decisions will be presented and participants will have an opportunity practice the process on written case studies prepared specifically for the program
