HOW CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR WHO IS TEACHING THE CLASS?
An instructor’s bio can be sent to you upon request. We can also arrange for the instructor to call or email you.

WHAT IF I WANT THE CLASS CUSTOMIZED?
If the class is an on-site, closed class specifically conducted for your organization, the instructor will call you to discuss content. If the changes you request are simply cutting and pasting existing material, then there is generally no charge.

If the class content needs to be created or requires a great deal of time and effort to learn in-house procedures and/or standards, a revised cost estimate will be provided to you. Format and budget approval must be received before work can begin.

WHAT IF I ONLY HAVE LIMITED TIME FOR THE CLASS AND CAN'T SPEND SEVERAL DAYS OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE FOR THE CLASS?
If the class lends itself to being taught in modules, we can separate the class into one-day segments to take place over several separate days in conjunction with your participants’ schedules. Homework and exercises can be added to ensure the course content is not lost in between class days.

CAN A CLASS BE CUT DOWN TO A HALF-DAY SESSION?
Absolutely, but be aware the instructor will still charge for a full day’s work. It is often cost effective to conduct two half-day sessions, or offer a different half-day class to make a full day.

IF I LIKE PIECES OF TWO DIFFERENT CLASSES, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
Most definitely. However, some instructors charge for combining materials, depending on the time and effort needed for the modifications. Please call us to discuss the requested modification to determine if there will be any additional costs.
