Overview

A project’s success is often measured by the team’s ability to deliver a defined set of outcomes on time, on budget, and on specification. More importantly, however, is the team’s ability to successfully manage the expectations of the groups and individuals who have a vested interest in the outcome of the project. In simpler terms, this means that the project team must effectively align the project delivery with expectations of key stakeholders.

Effective Project Estimating and Control is a one-day training session designed to provide project team members and participants with better ways to successfully define, deliver, and control the schedule and cost factors of a project with more precision.
