Webinar: How Do We Do the Work, How Long Will it Take, and What Will it Cost? Project Time & Cost Estimating

This session designed to provide project team members and participants with better ways to successfully define and estimate the schedule and cost factors of a project..

A project’s success is often measured by the team’s ability to deliver a defined set of outcomes on time, on budget, and on specification. More importantly, however, is the team’s ability to successfully manage the expectations of the groups and individuals who have a vested interest in the outcome of the project. In simpler terms, this means that the project team must effectively align the project delivery with expectations of key stakeholders.
